1. Be respectfully active.
This is the first rule in both rule sets. I cannot stress how important it is to be respectfully active. Remember, if you suddenly leave for a week when your wolf was in conversation with another wolf, you are holding that other person in an awkward situation where they have to decide to stay and wait for you to respond, or make up some awkward reason to leave your wolf so that they can continue to roleplay their wolf. We want our members to be able to post as often as possible to keep up with the activeness of the thread, but we understand that life comes first. If you have to take a leave, please post it in our chat forum and respectfully "remove" your wolf from active roleplay (Make them go for a lone hunting trip, make them go to sleep, ect). It'll help the roleplay still move along, and it'll make the whole community respect you.
2. No god-modelling or power-playing.
With this being a fantasy roleplay, it's really easy to get carried away on these simple rules, so just look out. There isn't a strict number-limit on how many "powers" your wolf can have, but your wolf's abilities will have to be approved by an admin. Also, don't get carried away with your wolf's reign over such powers, no one likes a roleplayer to completely take over someone else's. Any power-playing will result in a PM from an admin asking you to edit a post to make it more accommodating. If someone power-plays against your wolf, feel free to send a complaint to an admin. They're here to help.
3. Refrain from the Mary-Lue's and Gary-Stew's.
No average wolves; no perfect wolves. DONE. Everyone has a flaw, and please don't make this flaw just a compliment. This drives everyone insane, and to be honest, it's almost power-playing when used the wrong way.
"She just has the hardest time keeping all of the boys away from her, it's truly stressful on her life"
Yeah, right. It's one thing if your wolf is flirty, another if "everyone falls for them". Same thing goes for brutes that make everyone shiver their timbers. Again, your wolf can have the characteristic of being flirty or brutish, but make sure to point out the fact that in doing so they're kind of annoying.

4. If you're going to use a "big word" from a thesaurus, please know what the word actually means.
Please.
5. Swearing is allowed.
We're all adults here, and sometimes a wolf's gotta say what a wolf's gotta say. Now, this shouldn't be abused with every other word, but use your judgement.
6. Plot-twists are allowed welcomed.
Just because someone is an admin of the forum, does not mean any of their wolves are required to hold rank in the pack. This means that all ranks are allowed to be challenged and if the forum agrees, a new Alpha/Beta/whatever will be named in the pack.
Cheating is allowed between mates. Yadda yadda. Make it interesting, people.
If your plot twist is big enough to effect the entire pack, or a decision has to be made throughout the forum (such as if a challanging Alpha wins) please post it in the suggestions board on the forum. Again, twists are WELCOMED so don't be afraid to do something like that!

7. There's no limit on how many wolves you can play.
Just try and make it fairly obvious which wolf you're roleplaying at what time. If you have multiple wolves, state the wolf's name before a post, or change the font colors between your characters. Something.
Also, only play as many wolves as you can handle, the wolves need to be active.

8. Fantasy characteristics.
Here's your list of what's allowed and what's not. Any of these can be questioned to an admin, and we accept on an as-seen basis depending on how well it works for your wolf and how well you can integrate it into the roleplay. We are very flexible.
Wings- For the most part they are not allowed or will need serious consideration. Wings tend to give wolves a lot of power in that they can just fly away and pretty much ignore a lot of the setting that we have created. If you want your wolf to have wings, sell it to us.
Powers- Have to be approved by an admin. Nothing that can take direct control of a wolf without consent. While we don't have a limit on how many powers a wolf can have, keep in mind that we don't like god-modelling or power-playing.
Colors- It has to make sense. Unrealistic eye color and fur color are allowed as long as it correlates to your wolf and would make sense for them to have. If you're not sure, PM an admin. We basically just don't want any trolls, so if it makes sense with your wolf, it'll be fine.
Jewellery/Garments- Just like with unrealistic colors, it simply has to make sense. Obviously a wolf can't tie a knot or fix a braid in their fur, and if you can explain how they got that piece of jewellery or other garment and then got it on, it's fine.
